Best hotel in Shanghai I have ever stayed. The location is excellent, just next to the Jinan Temple, many major malls and trend roads. But what separates it apart is the hotel’s amazing service. From the moment we stepped out of our car to anywhere we went in the hotel, we have been greeted with the warmest help. Special thanks to Hank and Goslin who had been ever so patiently assisting us extending the stay. And to Zoe who went above and beyond to get medication for our little boy. Lastly, the room is just glamorous, so spacious and tasteful decoration.

An exceptional stay at The Puli in Shanghai! Perfectly located by JinAn Temple and subway, the hotel offers great convenience. The staff, notably Charlene Yuan, were superb, providing service in fluent Chinese and English. We were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a spacious room, complete with modern amenities. The added luxury of fresh fruit in our room was delightful. The breakfast, with a wide variety of fresh, tasty Western options, was a daily treat. Can't wait to return!

Room was spacious and had everything one may need during the travels. The facilities are very good, both the spa and the gym. Good choice of breakfast options. It was my second visit to Shanghai, chose the same hotel because I knew it was great from my previous visit. So, highly recommended!
